話題作となった前作『MASKS』の楽曲を中心に、新曲やカバー曲を取り入れた構成。トリオがライブで大切にしてきた菊地雅章の「Drizzling Rain」や、メンバー各々の作曲によるレパートリーに加え、須川崇志の新作「Rain」を収録。
本作のハイライトの一つは、坂本龍一がドキュメンタリー映画『米軍が最も恐れた男 カメジロー不屈の生涯』のテーマ曲として書き下ろした名曲「Gui」のカバー演奏。戦後沖縄の激動の歴史と、米軍に毅然と立ち向かった男の不屈の精神に共鳴する、深く、美しい旋律。金沢でのライブのアンコールとして演奏されたテイクを収録。ライブの熱気とトリオの深化を凝縮した、必聴の一枚。

Captured with the signature premium sound of Studio Dedè Tokyo, this release features seven tracks recorded across three iconic Japanese stages: Blue Note Tokyo, Meguro Persimmon Hall, and the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa.
Building on the momentum of their acclaimed album MASKS, the trio explores a repertoire of new compositions and deep-rooted favorites. The setlist includes Masabumi Kikuchi’s "Drizzling Rain"—a staple of their live performances—alongside original works by each member and Takashi Sugawa’s latest piece, "Rain."
A centerpiece of this recording is the trio’s interpretation of Ryuichi Sakamoto’s "Gui," originally composed as the theme for the documentary film 'KAMEJIRO: The Man the U.S. Military Feared the Most'. A profoundly beautiful piece of music, it resonates with the turbulent history of post-war Okinawa and the indomitable spirit of a man who stood against the U.S. Military. Performed as an encore in Kanazawa, it serves as a powerful testament to the trio's evolving dialogue and raw intensity.
